  1. Series 104-922, A/B Remote Signal Conditioner Box

Cox Instruments Series 104-922, A/B Remote Signal Conditioner Box

COX Series 104-922, A/B Signal Conditioners are remote, wall-mounted enclosures, which can be placed up to 50' from the flow meter pickoff. The conditioner performs the same function as the Series 92 Carrier and 92 Magnetic pickoff amplifier with the exception of it being powered by 110 or 230 VAC power.
  2. Series 106-255, Modulated Carrier Signal Conditioner

Cox Instruments Series 106-255, Modulated Carrier Signal Conditioner

COX Series 106-255, Modulated Carrier Signal Conditioners are designed to plug directly into the pickoff connector pins. The RF carrier amplifier extends the usable range of the flow meter by eliminating magnetic drag on the rotor. It can be configured into a 2- or 3-wire configuration. The Series 106-255 is mounted in an explosion-proof housing.
  3. Series 4010/4020 FC, Flow Computer

Cox Instruments Series 4010/4020 FC, Flow Computer

COX Series 4010/4020 FC, Flow Computers are panel-mount flow computers with a six-digit rate and total display. The unit stores and linearizes flow meter calibration data, making it an ideal solution for nonlinear LO FLO meters and extended range requirements. The flow computer stores up to 40 calibration data points with front panel entry or using COX QuickLoad Software.

The Series 4020 is the same as the Model 4010, but has the added feature for an RTD temperature probe. This provides fluid temperature compensation and Universal Viscosity Curve (UVC) capability, improving accuracy over varying temperature ranges.
  4. Cox Instruments Series 4050, Multi Input Linear Flow Computer

Cox Instruments Series 4050, Multi Input Linear Flow Computer

COX Series 4050, Multi Input Linear Flow Computers monitor up to three independent flow sensors, and provide automatic switching for manifold applications. Users can select mass or flow rate display via a unique, hand-held remote or front panel keypad. The flow computer provides temperature compensation with RTD input and offers an RS485 communications port for PC interface. It includes user-friendly data entry and set-up. Also allows programming or reprogramming calibration data and set-up via the RS485 interface.
  5. Cox Instruments Series 4080 FlowComp, Flowmeter Interface

Cox Instruments Series 4080 FlowComp, Flowmeter Interface

COX Series 4080 Flow Comp, Flowmeter Interface provides total flow compensation to enhance flow meter accuracy, while extending the linear flow range. The Series 4080 tracks all variables to compensate for viscous and inertial effects due to fluid temperature and pressure variations. Enhanced DSP technology allows exceptional signal characterization and fast response to output dynamic data in engineering units. Meeting the demanding requirements of the aerospace, automotive and test and measurement industries, the Series 4080 provides significant improvements in flow meter accuracy under extreme temperature conditions.
  6. Series 42 FLNG, Precision Flange Turbine

Cox Instruments Series 42 FLNG, Precision Flange Turbine

The COX Series 42 FLNG Precision Flange Turbine Flowmeters are identical to the COX AN Series, except for a few minor variations in size, end connections, and construction (to permit use in industrial applications). This series incorporates flanged end connections with ball bearings. Series 42 FLNG meters find wide usage in the automotive, petroleum and aerospace markets.
  7. Series 42 HP, Precision High Pressure Turbine Flowmeter

Cox Instruments Series 42 HP, Precision High Pressure Turbine Flowmeter

The COX Series 42 HP Precision High Pressure Turbine Flowmeters have exceptionally broad applications in the areas of testing and control. MS33514 fittings and a wide range of sizes meet the requirements of most high-pressure applications. With standard K factor (10:1 flow ratio) calibration, the meter's frequency output is linear to within ±0.5% over the entire flow range with liquids up to 1.26 centistokes viscosity.
  8. Series 42 LF, Precision Low Flow Turbine

Cox Instruments Series 42 LF, Precision Low Flow Turbine

The COX Series 42 LF Precision Low Flow Turbine Flowmeters are widely used for flow measurements in attitude and position control for rocket engines and other applications. Built for compatibility with exotic fuels and oxidizers, such as N204, UDMH, MMH, hydrazine, Freon, etc., the Series 42 LF meters are nonlinear, but are repeatable to ±0.25% of reading, allowing an overall accuracy of ±0.5%.
  9. Series 42 NPT, Precision NPT Turbine Flowmeter

Cox Instruments Series 42 NPT, Precision NPT Turbine Flowmeter

The COX Series 42 NPT Precision Turbine Flowmeters have the same quality that has been the benchmark for all COX turbine meter designs. With National Pipe Thread (NPT) end connections on this flow meter, users can perform precise fluid flow measurement (either liquids or gases) in a variety of industrial applications. All calibration variations available with standard COX AN and ANC Series meters are available with the NPT Series.
  10. Series 42, Precision Gas Turbine Flowmeter

Cox Instruments Series 42, Precision Gas Turbine Flowmeter

The COX Series 42 Precision Gas Turbine Flowmeters are designed for accurate flow rate measurement of all compressible fluids with a minimum pressure loss. Series 42 meters have a guaranteed standard accuracy of ±1.0% of reading. Accuracies of ±0.5% are available depending on fluid conditions. The series comprises three basic designs for low, medium, and high-density gases. This permits accurate flow measurement under operating densities from 0.01 to 15 lbs/cu. ft. (at flow ranges from 0.4 to 400 acfm).
