    The CAL Controls 3200 Series temperature controller was the world's first 1/32 DIN (24mm x 48mm) controller launched in 1992. A key feature of the CAL Controls 3200 Series temperature controller is the standard autotune functionality. Autotune ‘teaches' the controller the main characteristics of the process. For best results with the CAL Controls 3200 Series temperature controller, run the autotune with the usual setpoint temperature under normal load conditions. Autotune ‘learns' by cycling the output on and off. The results are measured and used to calculate optimum PID values, which are automatically entered in the controller's memory.

CAL’s auto-tune makes PID control simple, just a few button presses will start the controller’s self-tune which automatically selects the optimum PID values. Also CAL’s unique dAC function is designed to minimize the overshoot problem associated with conventional PID control.

    CALogix is a modular system that consists of a DIN-rail mounted base unit and up to 4 control modules. PID and logic modules can be added to the base unit in any configuration ensuring the exact requirements of your application can be met. CALogix is sub panel mounted which means that CALogix can be easily integrated within a system that has a central user interface. This could be an operator panel or a PC running an OPC based SCADA system or your own custom software.

    COX Series 4010/4020 FC, Flow Computers are panel-mount flow computers with a six-digit rate and total display. The unit stores and linearizes flow meter calibration data, making it an ideal solution for nonlinear LO FLO meters and extended range requirements. The flow computer stores up to 40 calibration data points with front panel entry or using COX QuickLoad Software.

    The Series 4020 is the same as the Model 4010, but has the added feature for an RTD temperature probe. This provides fluid temperature compensation and Universal Viscosity Curve (UVC) capability, improving accuracy over varying temperature ranges.

Relay outputs are independently assignable for alarms and general purpose warnings. The FC30 has serial communications, both RS232 and 485, and isolated analog and pulse outputs.
