Schubert & Salzer Model 8048 Top Mount Integral Digital Valve Positioner

The positioner can be mounted on any pneumatic control valve with a stroke from 5 to 50 mm (0.2 to 2”) or on rotary actuators with an angle of 180° (“topmounted”). To ease mounting different mounting kits are available containing the required parts for connecting valve actuator and positioner, a feedback pin for the valve stroke and if required an optical position indicator. As the adaption of the positioner to the valve stroke is done automatically a standard mounting kit is used which can be modified on the actuator side for valve specific requirements.

All other operating parameters (as e.g. “split-range”-operation) can be adjusted via a configuration software to be supplied on request.
